Allergic reaction
2I bought this after seeing amazing reviews. Used it one night only and it felt gorgeous on my skin. Made it feel so nourished and clean. However the next morning I woke up and the skin around my eyes were red, itchy and swollen. I've not changed anything else in my skin care. After doing some research I found that one of the ingredients-phenoxyethanol - fan be very allergenic! Disappointed as I really wanted to like this but instead I wasted my money and ruined my skin.

Best balm cleanser i know so far
5My skin is normal to dehydrated and I normally either use spf daily or make up. So this balm is the best first cleanser to get rid of the make up or sun screen. The balm melts onto your skin as soon as you warm it up with the palm of your hands. Apply it to face and massage it. Wash it off with warm clothe. And continue with your second cleanser of your choice

Amazing at getting it all off!
5Really good cleanser and worth the money. Takes every last bit of make up off. Definitely need to double cleanse with another face wash after using it this first though. Switched from liz Earle to this and wouldngo back!

5I have been using this product for over a year now, before I used the Eve Lom cleansing balm but replacing this every few months was a little expensive so I decided to try this on the recommendation of a friend. It's amazing at removing makeup and also leaves my skin cleansed. I have combination skin so I can easily get dry skin or breakouts, but this feels like a good balance.

Super-balm
5Its exactly as described, lightweight superbalm, takes all my make up off only using a small amount and a flannel. This size tub will last me ages

Not the best
3It's very delicate on the skin, but it doesn't remove my waterproof mascara like I'd like it to do. Very messy when you take some from the packaging and if you want to close it - it's all over the lid. Only using it when taking a shower and washing my hair afterwards, can't be bothered to use it otherwise.

4Does the job. I have dry skin and this makes my skin feel like velvet after using it, really soft and smooth. I always use micellar water or cleansing product after to remove the rest of the makeup. The smell is not the best.

5So I received this as a birthday present after expressing interest in wanting to try it and up to now I love it. I have cystic acne, very oily t-zone and sensitive skin to chemicals and fragrances. This takes off makeup like a dream! It is minimal effort, no irritation but I haven't used long enough to see if it reduces my acne. I am always trialling new products as nothing has worked for my skin. If this helps to reduce my acne it will be my holy grail makeup remover!

5Everyone raves about this, my friend had it and I tried it and loved it so bought one myself. It does take off your makeup like a dream, it also makes your skin feel hydrated and nourished after using it as I have dry skin in the winter. Therefore, I actually use it as a cleanser in the morning too, because it feels that nourishing. Very much worth the money as you get a lot of product and you do not need a huge amount. I usually have a full face of makeup on and wear a lot of makeup, and it still takes it off. It is unscented which I understand is more suitable, but it would be nice if they produced another one with scent as I like scented products.

Excellent product!!
5I have quite sensitive skin, and when I use normal makeup wipes, I often get spots. This product is amazing! It takes your makeup off completely, and always leaves me with clear skin. I literally don't know what i'd do without it. I would suggest avoid using it on your eye makeup however as it can get into your eyes and is hard to get out, although it doesn't hurt.
