Love it
5I have acne and very sensitive skin, this is the first cleanser I have found that does not make my acne worse! I love the texture and how it almost melts into your skin, it even removes my eye make-up and does not sting my eyes. I won't use any other cleanser now.

Great product
4I use this as my first cleanse and it does a great job of getting nearly all my make-up off - find my mascara is a little stubborn. I use it with face cloths (as recommended by Caroline Hirons!)

Take the day off cleansing balm
5I can't believe I haven't tried this sooner! After giving my skincare an over haul recently i invested in a few new products, this being one of them. A gorgeous luxurious feeling balm that melts into the skin and removes all trace of make up, even heavy eye make up and mascara. Will definitely repurchase when I run out, however the fact you only need a small amount per use means it'll last a good while. Ive also used this balm as a second cleanse (after make up removal) and applied a liberal amount all over my face and left for 10mins, skin feels like silk once removed with a hot cloth.

5This Cleansing Balm is lovely, with the Clinique cloth it takes off all my make up very easily and leaves my skin feeling really soft and smooth. I use the Clinique Gentle Facial Wash after I use this product and the moisturiser and it's helping my acne probe skin.

5One of the best cleansers I have tried. Background on my skin: I have normal-dry sensitive skin with mild rosacea on nose and cheeks. It flares up and goes dark red when I use chemical sunscreens or too harsh products on my skin. But I also have hormonal acne breakouts on my lower cheeks, along my jawline and upper neck. I love using a cleansing balm, no fussing with a lot of water and not drying on my skin. I really like that it is without fragrance so it doesn't irritate and it leaves my skin so soft but still completely clean after cleansing. I use sunscreen everyday and it take it off with no trouble. Also it has not worsen my breakouts which is really a plus! I will definitely repurchase.
