Beautiful Finish
If you're after a plain black eyeliner, this isn't for you - but if you want an eyeliner with some reflective sparkles in it, then this is perfect! I do find that I need to layer it up a bit, but once you do, the dimensional effect is so gorgeous. It gives my eye a bit of magic without having to spend ages doing a complex eyeshadow look. Wears well throughout the day also. Only downside would be that it doesn't dry down straight away.
