Cement for your lashes
The regular lash paradise can be a bit difficult to remove, so the waterproof version is even more difficult to remove. BUT I love it for that reason. I use this on super rainy days, or on days where i know I'll be out in the elements alot or if I'm going to see a sad movie. This mascara WILL NOT BUDGE.
