The damascene rose is equal parts life and legend in Persia, where the air is scented with rose water and the 14th century poet Hafez once asked: "How did the rose ever open its heart and give to this world all of its beauty?" This candle is a fitting homage to that most romantic of all flowers, its exuberance made more sparkling by a hint of bergamot and mandarin before ushering in a powdery Base Notes of dark amber, soft musk and patchouli.
Light this scented candle to create a comforting and relaxing sanctuary.
Top Notes: sparkling mandarin, bergamot zest, sweet orange
Mid: budding Persian rose, geranium essence
Base Notes: soft musk, patchouli, dark amber
Trim wicks to 7mm before each use using scissors or a wick trimmer. If wicks are too short the wax may not burn all the way to the edge (tunneling), and if too long the wicks may appear to mushroom causing black soot to form on the glass.
Place candle in a non-draughty area, away from small children, pets and flammable material.
Do not burn for less than half an hour or more than two hours at a time.
