Vida Glow Marine Collagen is a brilliant product for strengthening your hair & nails, I lose very little hair now & with finally removing my false nails after 2 years ( I thought it ridiculous I was getting them cut short for patterned tips) within a very short time they’ve resumed “normal” status- normally my nail bed would take months to recover. So happy with this product I add it to porridge in the morning & water bottle during the day- can’t taste a thing ! It’s great !!
