Best moisturizer ever !!
5I honestly passed over getting this 100 times because I thought it was an outdated older persons item Then I kept seeing top reviews about it and thought Id give it a go ... and am so Glad I did !!!! It had healed the eczema on my hands aswell as other patches of dry skin on my elbows heel etc really is an all around miracle item ! Smell is quiet strong at first but I quickly got used to it as the benefits are so worth it !! If you suffer from dry skin this is for you !

Miracle cream
5Tried this moisturiser before during winter to protect my skin and it also worked very well under my foundation. I didnmind the thickness and I found my skin feeling better and better after applying it. Recently, my boyfriend started using it as a hand cream after his skin started peeling off and cracking due to the frequent hand washing. He swears by it now. Always wears it before bed and his skin has improved massively!

A dissapointment
2I had heard so many great things about this moisturiser so decided to give it a try - but was disappointed. I have very dry skin but this thick consistency just wouldn't sink it. My skin felt quite sore after trying to rub and pat it in so much. It also created a greasy barrier on my skin and felt a bit sticky throughout the day. Sadly, I am not a fan.

Great for dry skinn
5I purchased this after seeing great reviews online. I had overdone acids/retinol in my routine and this had left a red sore patch on my cheek. Skin food really helped moisturise and it felt like it almost created a barrier. I have combination skin that is prone to spots. I was worried that with it being so thick I would get spots but I was left with nothing but soft skin! Would definitely recommend.

4It has an ultra-thick consistency, so you have to pat it into the skin rather than rub it “ otherwise youll end up tugging and dragging your skin too much. I used this mainly as a lip sleeping mask and it worked wonders for my constantly dry lips. However, I wonbe re-purchasing as it isna vegan formula.

Hydrating
5Was recommended this our base by a MUA, advised to use this beneath heavy makeup to prevent cracking and any makeup irritating the skin- I can say it preps, primes ans hydrates!! If you donmind the subtle smell its a keeper, Ive repurchased this after using it to repair my cracked skin on hands during the pandemic, its become a handbag must have!

Super surprise
5I already know the Weleda Skin Food Light Nourishing Cream to be a great day cream. The Weleda Skin Food (75ml) which I recently purchased is richer and really can be used for multiple purposes where skin is dry. I will use this at night and in the Winter months for added day protection from the elements- and its natural.

Great food for dry skin
5It has been difficult to find in the market a cream that is thick enough for my dry skin and I have finally found it. Weleda is rich and dense but easy to apply and when I wake up in the morning my skin is radiant and grateful! I also really like its very distinctive smell, it is different but pleasant. I have been using this cream for a week and have already noticed my skin is more elastic and definitely less dry. It has become a must.

Nourishing
5I've used this and the light version for a few months now. It is great for super sensitive skin and I've now purchased this for my partner and 4 teens to use as I think it's fab for all skin types. It helps with dry areas as well. If your skin is oily or for day time i use the lighter version and them use this in the evening. We also use this on our hands and body. Great product and will definitely be repurchased in our house.
