Blinc Lash Primer is designed to boost volume and length while providing essential care for lashes and brows. Infused with Vitamin E, Glycerin, and Growth Promotion Peptides, it delivers hydration, strength, and conditioning to each hair.
The white base intensifies colour mascaras, amplifying their impact. Apply in layers, waiting 30 seconds between each coat, to customise the level of volume before applying mascara.
When the day is over, removal is effortless with warm water. Alternatively, the primer can be left on to function as a conditioning treatment, helping maintain lash and brow health.

Directions
For treatment benefits: Apply one or two coats before going to bed or applying mascara.
For eyelash enhancement: Apply one coat and let it set for 30 seconds. Keep applying coats until the desired lash volume, length and separation is achieved, always allowing 30 seconds in between coats. You may then apply your mascara.
