To calculate the number of days you could expect to receive your parcel, please use the Australia Post Delivery Times Tracking Tool which provides a delivery estimate for both Standard and Express Post. Use postcode 4217 in the "from" field.

Different couriers have different processes and options available to parcel receivers for the delivery of their packages. We will advise you via email which carrier your parcel has been dispatched with, and this selection is auto calculated by our warehouse systems to ensure your parcel is sent via the method that will have it delivered to you as quickly as possible.

You have the option at checkout to give Authority to Leave your parcel in a safe place by the courier.

A signature upon delivery will be required unless otherwise indicated by you for the parcel to be left in a secure location. Anyone at the delivery address can sign for your parcel. We email you a tracking number at the time of dispatch and encourage all customers to track their parcels online via links provided, to be aware of the delivery status of your order. Couriers may communicate with you digitally via email or in some cases SMS regarding the delivery of your parcel, if necessary.

If you supply a business address please ensure you include the business name in the address field.

Standard Delivery

  • Your order will be sent with Australia Post eParcel or Aramax Courier Standard Delivery. This is a trackable service and you will be sent tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery

  • Express orders are sent with Australia Post or Aramex for some local orders. Next day delivery applies only if you reside within the Australia Post Express Network. Please view the following link to see if your location falls within this delivery network: Express Network. Express orders not within the next day delivery network will get to you in the quickest time possible.
  • There is a 2kg maximum weight restriction for Express Delivery.

Click & Collect

  • We offer a click-and-collect service whereby you can collect your order from our store in Southport, QLD. We will contact you when your order is ready to be collected. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9 am until 5:00 pm.

Postage Insurance

All orders are automatically covered with postage insurance, providing peace of mind that lost or damaged parcels in transit will be replaced or reimbursed.

Postage insurance covers loss or damage while parcels are in the courier’s hands, but does not cover parcels once they are delivered.

You may choose to remove postage insurance prior to completing your order if you do not wish to have this protection.

Standard practice for damaged or lost parcels is an investigation with the courier, which can take 5–14 business days. Most investigations locate parcels, resulting in late but successful deliveries.

Investigations must be initiated within 45 days of the parcel dispatch date. Once an investigation is completed and a lost parcel is not located, orders with postage insurance will be replaced or reimbursed.


Authority to leave without a signature

Customers may choose the “Authority to Leave at Door” option at checkout, giving permission for the courier to leave parcels without a signature.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered under this option, LookFantastic and the courier are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

Postage insurance does not cover parcels left unattended under Authority to Leave, but still applies for any loss or damage during transit before delivery.


Dispatch

Orders are dispatched promptly provided we have all the items on your order in stock. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. If we experience any delays in processing your order, we will let you know. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct address details when you place your order. Parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address on the order, will incur a delivery charge to be resent.


International Orders

International Orders are shipped with Australia Post Pack & Track. This is a trackable service and requires a signature on delivery.
