How To Use

Long press the LED button to turn the LED light and vibration on. This begins an automatic 9-minute treatment cycling through Red (3 minutes), Red + Infrared (3 minutes) and Blue (3 minutes) light therapy, together with vibration.
Short press the LED button to toggle between the three light modes individually (3 minutes each). Short press the vibration button to cycle through the three vibration patterns: Continuous, Breathing and Wave.
For vibration only, long press the vibration button for a 15-minute treatment using the eight motors around the eyes and nine motors on the head.
Long press the LED button to power off.
