Directions of use:
- On clean, dry, manicured nails, apply 1 coat of OPI Base Coat.
- Apply 1-2 coats of your chosen OPI Nail Lacquer shade and allow to dry.
- Apply 1 coat (and only 1 coat!) of Black Shatter, quickly covering entire nail.
- Allow to dry completely.
- Optional: For a shiny finish, apply your choice of OPI Top Coat.
- Note: Always replace cap tightly after use.
