A translucent mattifying finishing powder, designed to provide a smooth and matte finish. Suitable for wear under or over mineral foundation. Will not dry or dull the complexion. Uses rice powder to absorb excess oil and eliminate skine. Use as a finishing powder, touch-up powder or translucent foundation.
