ModelCo have collaborated with American model, Hailey Baldwin, to create the Perfect Brows Pencil & Clear Gel Duo; a two-step brow enhancer that allows you to create enviable arches with ease.
Featuring a precision tip, the soft wax pencil fills in sparse brows with natural, hair-like colour, whilst the high-gloss gel and spoolie brush tame, groom and set eyebrows in place for a perfectly defined, professional finish. Brows appear thicker, fuller and denser.

Directions
Begin applying in the fullest part of your brow. Fill in your brows using short strokes. When brows are defined to perfection, use the clear gel and brush on the other end to groom and set them into place.

Clear Brow Gel: Aqua (Water), Glyceryl Polymethacrylate, Glycerine, Alcohol, Carbomer, Phenoxyethanol/Caprylyl Glycol.
Light/Medium Pencil: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Silica, Mica, Ceresin, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Isononyl Isononanoate, Talc, Phenoxyethanol, Tocopheryl Acetate. May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI77891), Iron Oxides (CI77491, CI77492, CI77499).
