Apply at night to the area to be treated using an upward circular massage movement on clean, dry skin; focus on areas where there is a greater accumulation of fat. Its efficacy is enhanced if applied after an activity that increases circulation; for instance, after showering or performing physical activity. 1. Apply the product with both hands in a clockwise direction; make small circles around the navel and abdominal area. 2. Gently pinch and knead the abdomen and waist with both hands. 3. Rub your knuckles in a circular motion on your abdomen and flanks. 4. Open your hands and make remodelling movements from the back towards the inner thighs.
