Directions
Moisturiser: Use 6 drops (or pumps) per day for your entire body. Massage your legs in an upward direction preferably, from your foot towards your hip. Then massage your arms in smoothing strokes towards your chest.For your stomach, massage in circular movements in a clockwise direction (encourages digestion).
Cleanser: Use Extra-Rich Cleansing Gel for Face and Body in the morning and/or evening by applying a dollop to damp skin on your face and body, enjoying its rich lather, then rinsing off.
