Directions
Mix 1 tsp (5g) of GLOW in 200ml of water, a smoothie or your favourite chilled drink throughout the day.
Mix 1 tsp (5g) of SLEEP in 250ml warm (not hot) milk of your choice or water, 1 hour before bed. Sweeten with Manuka honey or stevia to taste. Take an additional serving at bedtime if required.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days.
