Directions
Mix 2 tsp (7g) of CLEANSE in 200mL of water, a smoothie or your favourite drink and consume immediately.
Mix 1 tbsp (15mL) of ADAPTOGEN in 150mL of water, a smoothie or your favourite drink and consume immediately. 1 - 2 serves per day.
Can be taken together or separately. For optimal results, both should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages.
