WELL SPRAY Inner Beauty Support: Take 12 sprays (1.2mL) orally per day-4 sprays, 3 times daily. Enjoy up to 20 sprays (2mL) daily.
SLEEP Inner Beauty Support: Mix 1 tsp (5g) of SLEEP in 250mL warm (not hot) milk of your choice or water, 1 hour before bed. Sweeten with Manuka honey or stevia to taste. Take an additional serving at bedtime if required. If you're home during the day, not driving machinery and you need to take the edge off your stress, take one 5g dose of SLEEP.
