Supplements: Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 3-6 months (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) taken with water after food. Viviscal tablets are easy to swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Shampoo: Apply shampoo to wet hair and massage into hair and scalp. Lather, rinse and repeat if necessary. Suitable for everyday use.
Conditioner: After using Viviscal Densifying Shampoo massage into clean wet hair; apply to mid-lengths and ends. Rinse thoroughly. For ultimate results follow with Viviscal Densifying Elixir. Suitable for everyday use.
